The Hong Kong SAR Government is a non-profit-making charity organisation. It is also one of the largest training organisations in Hong Kong. It is committed to expanding and providing a wide range of professional training services, personalized employment counselling and referral services and employment support services. Meet the needs of different unemployed or unemployed people, employees and employers, enhance the employment competitiveness of human resources, reduce unemployment and promote the upward mobility of labor.

The Group has provided a wide range of training courses to enhance the overall value-added and enhance the competitiveness of the workplace. These include the Employees Retraining Board's "Talent Development Programme", the "New Skills Enhancement Scheme" and the "New Skills Enhancement Scheme". The Association actively builds a strong employer network, establishes and maintains close and good working relationships with employers, and refers to employers with appropriate human resources. The Association organises dozens of large and small job fairs each year to help nearly 1,000 companies from different sectors recruit suitable talents and also provide job opportunities for job seekers.

本會提供過百項不同類型的培訓課程，致力協助本港各階層人士全面增值及提升職場競爭力，包括：僱員再培訓局「人才發展計劃」課程、「新技能提升計劃」課程、「展翅青見計劃」課程、「持續進修基金」課程等。

本會積極建立強大的僱主網絡，與僱主建立及保持緊密良好的合作關係，為僱主轉介合適的人力資源。本會每年舉辦數十次大型及小型招聘會，協助近千間來自不同界別企業招攬合適人才，同時亦為求職者提供就業機會。
